Warner Bros. has uploaded 30 free movies to its YouTube channel - watch them now
Warner Bros. has surprised moviegoers by making their movies even more accessible online, instead of removing them from the internet. Over the past month, Warner Bros. Entertainment's official YouTube channel has quietly added more than 30 feature-length films to its playlist, all available for free. The list ranges from cult classics to complete flops and the strangest cinematic experiments.

What kind of movies will you find?
Warner Bros.'s movies range from critically acclaimed classics to complete flops.
For example, you can watch acclaimed films like Michael Collins (1996), Waiting for Guffman (1996), The Mission (1986), and Deathtrap (1982) for free.
However, there is also no shortage of commercially or critically underrated titles like Dungeons & Dragons (2000), Hot to Trot (1988), and The Adventures of Pluto Nash (2002).
The full list of films is available in this dedicated playlist.
It’s unclear why the films are being shared for free
Most of Warner Bros.’ films uploaded to YouTube are not available on their own streaming platform, Max.
Why the entertainment giant decided to make these films available for free on YouTube, and why it chose such an eclectic selection, remains unclear. But it does give viewers access to some (albeit random) content without a subscription or additional fees.
This seems even more strange considering how many films and series have been removed or suspended under Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav.
For example, “Batgirl” and “Coyote vs. Acme” were canceled before they even aired, even though their production was almost complete.
Perhaps this is a kind of attempt by the company to reconnect with viewers, especially after it announced in January 2023 that it intends to invest in new content again, rather than destroy its existing catalog of content.
