Suggested going to court
A Reddit user  posted  a post revealing that he had reported a person's profile to TikTok for posting racist and profanity-laced content, but the profile remained unblocked.
Instead, this Chinese  platform  simply stated that no violations were found and suggested going to court if the user was dissatisfied with the response.

An unusual case

TikTok's behavior began to receive increasing criticism after it was revived following a ban imposed by the US administration led by President Joe Biden.

Like most modern social platforms, it has moved to a higher level of moderation, where accounts can be suspended for the slightest of reasons.

It is therefore strange that the same platform ignores accusations of racism, claiming that no violations have been found. Other users have confirmed similar and even worse cases.

For example, one user wrote that his reports about the depiction of naked children were ignored. He added that some of the reported profiles were distributing very graphic, clearly indecent videos. Some of them clearly showed young children, under the age of ten.

Meanwhile, another user's account was suspended for recommending candy.

The question is, how does the platform algorithm detect violations?

Is TikTok breaking the law?

If TikTok ignores such instances of inappropriate content on its platform, it could mean that the platform is violating the laws governing its use.

For this reason, the United Kingdom has launched an investigation into the use of user data from those aged 13 to 17.
