By using the Sladu.net search engine, submitting websites for inclusion in search results or creating an editor account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy. These documents together form the legal basis governing your use of our services.

Your behavior

By using Sladu.net, you expressly agree that you will not violate our Terms of Use or engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

- access our website by any automated or invisible means, including but not limited to bots and referrer spoofing using hidden frames or codes.

- provide or use our website, content or services in any commercial manner or in any manner that may include junk mail, spam, email chain, affiliate programs, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes or any other form of unauthorized advertising without our prior written consent.

Sladu.net's policy on copyright infringement and intellectual property protection

Sladu.net respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws regarding the protection of intellectual property.

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on Sladu.net, or if links to your copyrighted material are returned through our system and you wish to have the material removed, we provide you with the option to flag the offending content for review and removal by our staff. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees, if you misrepresent information on our system.

We take all reported violations seriously and investigate all flagged content.

Please wait 1-2 business days for the content to be verified and removed. Please note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our ISP, will not expedite your inquiry and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being properly filed.

Termination

Sladu.net reserves the right to terminate your access to our services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, especially in cases of violations of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy. 

In the event of termination, we may:

- Disable access to your account.

- Remove and delete any content you may have submitted through the Sladu.net service.
