LG Innotek  announced that it will showcase its innovative lighting technology at an event on February 19-20, themed “Next Challenges: Sustainability, Acceleration, and Software.”

The team will participate in the session "Innovative Technology - Light Source", where they will introduce advanced Nexlide modules for automotive lighting.

Among the products on display is the Nexlide A taillight module, which features a slimmer design and bright, evenly distributed light achieved through patented micro-optical pattern technology.

Also introduced will be the Nexlide A+, the industry's first surface-mounted light source module for headlights.

Another important product is Nexlide C+, which uses 3D lighting technology to create a 3D image.

Attention will also be paid to the Nexlide M, which can be installed on both the front and rear of a vehicle. The latter has already attracted significant interest from car manufacturers and is receiving increasing orders.

Displaying messages in car headlights

Finally, the company will introduce two newest products in its Nexlide line – Edge and Vision.

The Nexlide Edge module has become even thinner because it uses LED chips instead of traditional LED packages.

Meanwhile, Nexlide Vision stands out with its combination of advanced pixel lighting and smart film technologies, allowing the lights to display text and animated messages.

Visitors to the exhibition will be able to try out the operation of Nexlide Vision for themselves - by entering a message on a special digital mat, it will be immediately displayed in the car headlights.

According to LG Innotek representatives, this technology could become a new step in the field of driver communication.

"Currently, when a car suddenly stops, the driver can only turn on the hazard lights. However, in the future, with the introduction of Nexlide Vision, the vehicle will be able to report the situation to other road users in more detail - for example, indicate the reason for the sudden stop or request assistance," said LG Innotek representatives.

Innovative solutions such as LG Innotek's products not only change our travel experience, but can also become an important tool in improving traffic safety and mutual understanding between drivers.
