2. Account

Registration is free. One person may have two accounts: advertiser and webmaster. Multiple accounts of the same role are prohibited — this is considered fraud and will result in a ban.

You are required to provide a valid email and keep your password safe. Sladu is not responsible for actions taken from your account if your password was compromised through your own fault.

3. Rules for publishers

• Your own sites only.Only register domains you actually own. Ownership verification is required (meta tag or file).
• Ad unit code — approved domain only.Installing the code on an unregistered site is a violation; after 500 violations per day the block is automatically disabled.
• No click fraud.Artificial inflation of impressions and clicks is prohibited — manually, via bots, click farms, or proxy pools. Anti-fraud will catch it, and the account will be banned with no refund of earnings.
• No misleading content.The ad unit must be labeled as advertising where required by law.
• 75% share.You receive 75% of the advertiser's bid for each counted impression/click. 25% is the Platform fee.

4. Rules for advertisers

• Honest creatives.Users must not be misled with fake screenshots, fabricated reviews, or false promises.
• No third-party rights.You may not use third-party logos, celebrity photos without permission, or copyrighted material.
• The landing page must match the creative.Advertising a casino — send users to the casino, not a clone phishing site.
• Full list of prohibited content - in section 7.
• Billing.Funds are charged for each counted impression or click according to your bid. Minimum deposit is $25 in USDT TRC20.

5. Money, billing, payouts

For publishers

• For each counted impression/click, 75% of the advertiser's bid is credited topending_earnings.
• Via7-day hold period(protection against post-factum antifraud) funds move to available balance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount -$10in USDT TRC20.
• Wallet address is specified in/cabinet/profile. Can be changed no more than once every 30 days.

For advertisers

• Welcome bonus $5awarded automatically upon registration.
• Deposits are accepted in USDT TRC20, minimum$25.
• All charges are visible in/adv/transactionswith a description of what it's for.
• Refunds are only available for confirmed invalid traffic (seesection 6) - performed automatically.
• The remaining unspent deposit can be returned to the advertiser's USDT wallet upon account closure ($5 processing fee).

6. Anti-Fraud and Invalid Traffic

Sladu uses a 5-level fraud detection system: IP reputation (IPQualityScore), browser fingerprint, click signals (time to click, coordinates, focus), honeypot creatives, WebDriver detection.

Marked as invalid clicks:

• are not deducted from the advertiser's balance
• are returned to the advertiser's balance automatically (once per hour)
• are canceled frompending_earningspublisher
• displayed in the dashboard/adv/invalid-clicks

If your account exceeds the 30% invalid traffic threshold over 7 days, the account is frozen pending investigation. Earned funds are not paid out until the investigation is complete.

7. Prohibited Content

Sladu is an adult-friendly platform, but there are strict prohibitions:

• CSAM (any content involving minors) — immediate ban + report to IWF, NCMEC, and law enforcement.
• Calls to violence, extremism, terrorism.
• Content illegal under the laws of the targeting jurisdiction (drugs, illegal weapons).
• Malware, phishing, credential theft.
• Deepfakes of celebrities without consent.
• Fraudulent schemes (fake exchanges, finance pyramids).

All creatives go through AI Vision moderation (Claude Sonnet) + manual review by a moderator for borderline cases.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Sladu does not guarantee:

• specific traffic or revenue volume
• 100% uptime (aiming for 99.9%)
• ad campaign result

Sladu's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

The user bears full responsibility for their content and compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via/cabinet/profileAll your data is deleted within 30 days (except legally required data — financial records are kept for 5 years).

Sladu may block an account for violating terms, with a notification via Telegram bot or email. Earnings made before the violation are paid out after investigation.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you 14 days in advance via email + Telegram bot. Continued use after notification = consent to the new version.
